This workshop was of so much information and is need of the hour. It is going to be very useful for me or even for others through me hopefully. This was a wonderful experience.

A very good self defence class which was very useful to women. Individually I got benefitted and try to practice at home. Thanks for the great effort made by our Sensei and made it a great success.
